IxChariot Channel Partner Requirements

There are two levels of IxChariot Channel Partner participation. The first level is as a Registered Partner. Registered Partners submit an on-line registration form and, if accepted, become a Registered IxChariot Partner. This level of participation allows a partner to access resources through the partner portal -- the medium for partner interaction with Ixia.

Requirements to become a Registered IxChariot partner are:

• Complete the on-line partner registration form
• Meet basic business requirements
• Agree to the terms and conditions of the partner program

The second level is an IxChariot Elite Partner. This level of participation requires a commitment on behalf of the partner to actively learn and promote the IxChariot product line. In return, Elite Partners receive additional benefits that can help develop their businesses, including direct access to Ixia sales and support representatives, funding initiative based marketing activities, lead generation, and product roadmap reviews.

Requirements to become a Elite IxChariot Partner are:

• Become a Registered IxChariot Partner
• Attend a 1-day IxChariot on-line training class
• Complete at least 5 of IxChariot just-in-time (JIT) web based training
• Attend at least 3 IxChariot webinars
• Pass the IxChariot Elite Partner exam
• Meet annual sales target
